Atari 2600

Is a video game console released in October 1977 by Atari Inc. It is credited by popularizing the use of microprocessor based hardware and cartrigdes containing game code, instead of having non-microprocessor dedicated hardware with all games built in.

Play Station 2

The Play Station 2 is a sixth-generation video game console manufactured by Sony. The successor of the Play Station, and the predessor of the Play Station 3, the Play Station forms part of the Play Stion series of video game consoles. Its development was announced in March 1999 and it was released a year later in Japan. Its primary competitors were Sega´s Dreamcast, Microsoft Xbox and nintendo´s GameCube.

The Play Station is the best-selling console today having reached over 140 million units sold as of September 30, 2009.

the game boy is an 8-bit handheld video game device developed and manufactured by nintendo .it was released in japan on april 21,1989, in north america on july 31, 1989 and in europe in september 28,1990 . in southern asia , it is known as the " tata game boy ", and in south korea as the "mini comboy", which was distributed by hyundai electronics. is the first hand held console in the game boy line, and was created by gunpei yokoi and nintendo´s research and developement1-the same staff who had designed the game & watch series as well as several popular games for the nintendo entairment system

Play Station

The Play Station brand is a series of video game consoles created and developed by Sony Computer Entertainment. Spanning the fifth, sixth, and seventh generations of video gaming, the brand was first introduced on December 3, 1994 in Japan.^[1] The brand consists of a total of three consoles, a media center, an online service, a line of controllers and a handheld as well as multiple magazines.

The first console in the series, the PlayStation, was the first video game console to ship 100 million units after 9 years and 6 months of its initial launch.^[2] While its successor, PlayStation 2, is the best-selling console to date having reached over 140 million units sold as of September 30, 2009.^[3] Sony's current console, PlayStation 3, has sold over 38.1 million consoles worldwide as of July 29, 2010.^[4] The first handheld game console in the PlayStation series,PlayStation Portable (PSP), has sold a total of 60 million units worldwide as of March 14, 2010.^[5]
